I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?
If you’ve placed an order and your payment has been processed but you haven’t received a confirmation email, don’t worry! First, check your email spam folder to make sure it hasn’t been misdirected there.
If you still can’t find the confirmation, please share the email address and name used for the order, as well as your shipping address, so we can assist you in locating your order in our system.

Who will deliver my order?
All UK Mainland orders are sent with Royal Mail who deliver Monday to Saturday. International orders will be sent with a known name courier.
What should I do if my order says delivered but I didn't receive it?
We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your delivery. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Check the tracking link provided for any delivery details or proof of delivery.
- Visit your local post office to see if the item has been held there.
- Look around your property and check with neighbours or any safe spots where the package might have been left.

How long does shipping take?
It depends on where you live!
- UK Orders: Usually arrive within 2 working days once dispatched.
- EU Orders: Delivered by your local postal carrier and typically take 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of the World: Delivery may take a bit longer due to customs processing, but rest assured, the service is always fully tracked.

How do I find out which post office / pack station my order has been delivered to?
Sometimes your order may be delivered to your local post office or packstation. To find out where your local depot is, we recommend entering your tracking ID into your local postal carrier’s website.
If a delivery card has not been left and the location is not noted on your online tracking (which can happen due to GDPR regulations), you may need to contact the customer service for your local carrier to get more information.

Returns
At Gyaskin, we have a 30 day return policy on all unopened and unused products. Since our products are handmade and consumables, we cannot accept returns if they have been opened and used.

When (and how often) do I apply my Gyaskin Deodorant?
Applying your deodorant to clean, dry skin is best. So applying once per day just after your shower works for most people.
But there is no hard rule - You can apply right after your evening or morning shower or you might decide if you shower in the evening that you don't need your Gyaskin at night and apply in the morning!
If you have a very energetic job or lifestyle and need a couple of showers per day, you might choose to reapply after those.
Is Gyaskin Deodorant an Antiperspirant?
No, Gyaskin Deodorants are *not* Antiperspirants :)
Deodorants focus on stopping B.O. and - unlike antiperspirants - don't change your body’s natural function of sweating.
An antiperspirant changes the way your body works. They use aluminium to act as plugs to stop the sweat and are largely chemical-based products. Over the years, a few questions have been raised regarding the safety of these types of products.
On the other hand, Gyaskin Natural Deodorants work by using odour absorbing and neutralising ingredients like bicarb soda & arrowroot. These ingredients help soak up some wetness and keep you feeling fresh. We also use some anti-bacterial essential oils that not only smell amazing but keep the smelly bacteria at bay.
Do you have unscented Gyaskin deodorants?
Yes , we have an unscented option, There's a mild scent from the butters and oils, but no added fragrances
Which deodorant scent is best for men / women?
Our Gyaskin natural deodorants suit everyone, and anyone can use any of our scents.
We do find though that men and very active people tend to gravitate to the regular formula.
Do you have bicarb-free Gyaskin deodorants?
Yes, our sensitive deodorant is bicarb-free
Does Gyaskin deodorant stain clothing or leave white marks?
Gyaskin is designed to minimise marks, but occasionally marks can still happen especially if too much product is applied or the deodorant hasn’t been fully washed away before bed.
A few tips:
- Apply a very small amount (½ pea for paste, 2–3 swipes for sticks)
- Wash your pits thoroughly each night
- Allow skin to dry before dressing
- Rub paste in fully so it doesn’t sit on top of the skin
If you do get a mark, a little dishwashing liquid rubbed onto the spot before washing usually removes oily marks.
How long can I wear Gyakin deodorant for?
You can absolutely wear Gyaskin all day - that’s what it’s made for. We usually suggest removing it before bed so your skin can relax overnight, just like you would with makeup or sunscreen. A quick wash in the evening helps keep things feeling comfy and fresh for the next day.
Why do I still smell when switching to natural deodorant?
A bit of extra odour in the early days is completely normal - especially if you’re moving away from an antiperspirant.
Some people have no adjustment period, others 4 days to a week. In some extreme cases we have seen this take up to 4 weeks.
A few things may be happening:
- Your sweat glands are adjusting now that they’re no longer blocked by aluminium.
- There may be some product build-up on the skin.
- You might need a more thorough wash or a deeper clean to reset the skin’s surface.
- You might be better suited to a different Gyaskin scent (because different essential oils work better than others for some of us)
A warm, soapy wash with a washer each day = plus the occasional deep-clean clay mask - usually helps things settle nicely.

How much deodorant do I *actually* need?
All you need is a small amount of natural deodorant paste
Using too much can actually make your deodorant LESS effective, and can increase your chances of marking your clothing or feeling sticky.
Our super-concentrated, all natural deodorant formulas work wonders with just a small amount, and you’ll still be smelling fresh at the end of the day.
Plus, the less you use, the longer it lasts! Ideally you should get up to 6 months once you’ve been using our deodorant for a while and can get away with applying less.
