RETURNS
At Gyaskin, we have a 30 day return policy from purchase on all unopened and unused products.
We cannot accept returns if they have been opened and used.
Once received intact and in a re-sellable condition, we will be able to refund your item.
Should your order arrive damaged, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
To start a return, contact us at hello@gyaskin.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if you decide to return your product for an exchange or refund, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
